As the 98th Academy Awards approach, Istanbul Modern Cinema presents a selection of ten films from the “Best International Feature Film” category. This exciting section of the Oscar race, which offers a snapshot of world cinema, brings together films that—despite being Oscar contenders—remain Hollywood’s “others.” These works, screened and awarded at festivals around the world, represent diverse geographies and cultures.
