Design Dialogues

Supported by Volvo, Istanbul Modern is launching a new program focused on the concept of design. Design Dialogues explores design and contemporary design issues in depth. Centered on the relationship between people and their environment, the program offers an interdisciplinary perspective on the design ecosystem. It aims to rethink sustainability, technology, art, culture, and production processes together with designers and artists from different parts of the world.

Inspired by the transformative power of design, the program focuses each month on a different conceptual framework addressing the world of objects, technology, human relationships, experiences, and ideas for the future. The program consists of MasterClass seminars and two-day WorkShops.

Design Dialogues offers an open platform for students studying in design departments, recent graduates, young professionals working in the field of design, and anyone interested in design, encouraging them to explore new pathways for creative, innovative, and sustainable production.
