Winner of Best Short Film in Ankara, the film follows Nergis, who escapes to Istanbul to distance herself from everything she wants to leave behind. Yet the emotions that follow her and her altered relationships prevent her from finding the sense of “familiarity” she seeks. With its irreverent language and bold attitude, the film captures the confusion of early youth in an energetic tone.
