Sao, a young chef in Bangkok, crosses paths once again with Korn, who attacked her years ago, and decides to settle the score in her own way. In this dark comedy of revenge, director Ratanaruang reunites with cinematographer Christopher Doyle, known for their collaborations on Last Life in the Universe and Invisible Waves. While tracing Sao’s struggle to reclaim control over her body and her life, the film transforms food into an irresistibly seductive cinematic material.
