This extraordinary film documents Hungary's entry into the European Union. Created with the participation of ten prominent directors of Hungarian cinema, the film portrays these directors as they talk about how Hungarian cultural heritage will contribute to Europe and vice versa. In her section for the film, Ildikó Enyedi depicts women from different sections and professions of society.

INVASION (INVÁZIÓ), 1986

In the film, a primitive-looking creature army invades a fictional city of a fictional country. In order to cut their access to light and heat, all power lines are shut down except for the main security building. However, the city has already been invaded. The inhabitants of the city hide underground to protect themselves from the invasion of these creatures wearing large furry clothes and who are unable to speak a modern language.

FLIRT: HIPNOSIS (FLIRT: HIPNÓZIS), 1979

Ildikó Enyedi is hypnotized by a famous Hungarian doctor. And a camera placed earlier records the process. Enyedi asserts that “a director can express herself through cinema even at her ‘absence’.”
