One More Time with Feeling is a musical documentary focusing on the creation as well as the personal traumas around this process of creation of the Skeleton Tree album recorded by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds in Brighton following the death of Nick Cave’s son Arthur. Directed by Andrew Dominik—who has also directed The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford, another film that will be shown as part of the program—the documentary closely portrays the private life of Nick Cave and the difficult period he has gone through during the studio recording of this album. One More Time with Feeling is a candid and neat production filled with live performances during the band’s studio recording and Nick Cave interviews.
