ALICE'S DAY AT SEA, 1924
USA | Black-White, 10’ | Silent
Director: Walt Disney
Cast: Virginia Davis

Little Alice and her dog take a trip to the seaside. Since Alice is too young to drive a car, the dog drives the car! Before heading to the seaside, they meet a captain. Here, Alice falls asleep on a boat and dreams of having an underwater adventure. In her dream, she is swallowed by a giant fish and held by a giant octopus. Directed by Walt Disney, Alice's Day at Sea was the first film of the 56-film Alice series that combine live-action with animation, and where dream sequences are presented as animation.
