October 2006 Program October 3–15, 2006

İstanbul Modern Cinema, throughout 3-15th October showcased young Turkish director Reha Erdem’s films. The film program included Erdem’s latest, Beş Vakit / Times and Winds, as well as his previous works: Mommy I’m Scared, Run For Money and A Ay. His short film Never Once in October screened prior to Times and Winds. On 7th October Saturday, after the screening of Times and Winds, Reha Erdem was present for a question and answer session. In relation to the celebrations of "World Italian Language Week" and with the contributions of the Italian Cultural Center in Istanbul, between October 20-29th, a selection of films on the theme of "food" was presented.
